Most delays in spare-part orders come from one cause: not enough information to identify the pump. A few minutes spent collecting the right details saves days of waiting and the cost of a wrong delivery.
Start with the nameplate
The nameplate is the most reliable source. Take a clear, straight-on photo of it. It normally shows the model, serial number, rated flow, head, motor power, speed and manufacture date.
Photograph the part
Take pictures of the old part from two sides with something for scale, such as a ruler or coin. For a mechanical seal, note the shaft diameter, the seal type and the materials if they are marked.
The parts we supply
- Mechanical seals: the most frequently replaced part; sizes depend on the shaft diameter and the pump model.
- Impellers and chambers: need the exact model and stage count.
- Shafts, bearings and couplings: matched to the pump size and motor.
- Gaskets and O-rings: material must suit the liquid and temperature.
- Motors and control panels: power, voltage, frequency, enclosure and mounting.
Tell us about the duty
Add the liquid, temperature, operating hours and what went wrong: leak, noise, overheating or vibration. It helps us suggest whether only the part or also a related component should be replaced.
A simple checklist
- Nameplate photo
- Part photos and measurements
- Model and serial number
- Liquid and temperature
- Quantity and delivery address
Send these to our team and we will confirm the part number and quote it. If the pump is old or discontinued, we can also suggest an equivalent CNP model. Browse spare parts or contact us.
